EMA AI Team ("Company", "we", "our") prioritizes the security and privacy of our users' personal data. This notice is prepared in accordance with GDPR, KVKK, and relevant global privacy standards.
2. Data Collected & Processing Purposes
When you use the EMA AI application, we process the following data:
- Identity & Contact Info: Name, surname, and email address (for account creation, authentication, and support).
- Visual Data: Uploaded profile photos, body/face photos, and wardrobe images (to provide AI-powered virtual try-on and personalized style analysis).
- Technical Data: IP address, device model, usage statistics, and crash logs (to maintain security, optimize performance, and debug).
- Purchase History: Information regarding credit package purchases and subscriptions via RevenueCat (processed via App Store / Play Store).
3. Face Data & AI Models
As part of our core feature — AI Virtual Try-On — we collect and process user-uploaded photos containing facial features:
- Purpose: Your photos are processed exclusively to simulate how clothing items look on you. Face data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for biometric identification.
- Retention & Deletion: Uploaded photos and generated try-on results are stored securely on our cloud servers until you delete them from your account or request account deletion. Once deleted, they are permanently removed.
- Third-Party AI Processors: Image processing is facilitated using secure cloud APIs (such as FASHN API). Your photos are processed ephemerally and ARE NOT used to train public AI models.
4. Third-Party Services
We integrate trusted third-party SDKs to operate the service:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, cloud storage, and crash analytics. (Firebase Privacy Policy)

5. Data Security & Storage
We enforce strict technical and organizational measures, including SSL/TLS encryption in transit and AES encryption at rest, to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
